I received four different quotes to consider different manufacturers and different technical options and price points - and Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in walking me through the different paths I could take. Scheduling was quick and everyone was on time for the install. I definitely made the right choice in considering McCall's.

This was my first experience with this company. They were prompt, sent me a text 30 minutes prior to arriving and the technician was very professional and courteous. They fixed my AC and explained possible additional repairs if refrigerant were to get low again. I felt that their rate was reasonable. I highly recommend McCall’s AC and Heating.

Gonzalo was very professional, he was timely, and took the time to understand what was happening by listening to my description, and spending time on the roof to thoroughly inspect my AC unit to verify what needed to be done. Alex, David, and their team installed two new AC units at our home. They also inspected the old units we had. Communication was excellent. They were very thorough in their report and found issues another company did not. The day of the new unit installation, they were very efficient and kept us informed throughout the day of what was going on. We had bulk trash leftover from the home's previous owners, which they were kind enough to dispose of for us. Very patient and helpful in explaining the new AC thermostat. Could not recommend them enough.

The heat was out in my salon, of course exactly at the coldest time of the year. Alex came out exactly on time and inspected everything until he figured out that it was a loose wire that needed securing. I have had the best client experience with McCall's team for my own home, and my own clientele that I have referred to them. 11/2024 update- Met Gonzalo today for annual preventative maintenance on both units. I couldn’t be happier with my service experience. Gonzalo is friendly, extra courteous, and professional beyond my expectations.
