The heat was out in my salon, of course exactly at the coldest time of the year. Alex came out exactly on time and inspected everything until he figured out that it was a loose wire that needed securing. Quickly fixed, super friendly and professional, I will definitely call them again and recommend to anyone.

Honest and caring.All of the employees that I have had the privilege of engaging with have been great.Gonzi just left my home and he went above and beyond helping me get my new thermostat set up with my phone app.We had to trouble shoot and he patiently stayed as long as it took and got it accomplished.It’s a family owned and operated business which makes it nice to know who you are dealing with.

I have had the best client experience with McCall's team for my own home, and my own clientele that I have referred to them. 11/2024 update- Met Gonzalo today for annual preventative maintenance on both units. I couldn’t be happier with my service experience. Gonzalo is friendly, extra courteous, and professional beyond my expectations.

I received four different quotes to consider different manufacturers and different technical options and price points - and Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in walking me through the different paths I could take. Scheduling was quick and everyone was on time for the install. I definitely made the right choice in considering McCall's.

My 22 year old A/C went out right before we left for a trip. Needed it replaced before we got back into town. David came out right away, assessed the system and provided us with some options. They were able to get things scheduled and installed in a time crunch the day after we arrived home. Quality work and communication through the whole process. The summer has been a "breeze" since! Can't recommend McCall's enough!

McCall AC is amazing! I called this am and had someone out same day promptly. Their communication from the office was amazing, I got an email and text with the timeframe! David the owner came out fixed my ac unit! He wad super helpful and so very kind!!! 10/10 I will use McCall every time I need something with ac or heat!!

I had been using McCall's for 13 years for my a/c service and repairs. David did a great job of keeping my a/c working for 35 years! So naturally when he said my a/c broke I asked him for a quote on a new unit. On such a large purchase I had to obtain a few more quotes. Even after getting four other quotes McCall's was the best price by hundreds of dollars. They installed my new unit within about 24 hours of me making my decision and everything is working great.

This was my first experience with McCall’s and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They were one of three companies I got a quote from to replace one of my AC units. Dave was so great, easy going and forthright. He answered all my questions, their communication was always timely, they showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they’d do. No surprises, friendly, careful around the house, and cleaned up. I got excellent service and an excellent price. I look forward to working with them in the future for all my AC needs.

My landlord had a new AC installed in July of 2023. I was on the roof a few days ago May 2024 and noticed the main seal from the AC unit to the duct work of the house had come loose across the bottom and one side. There was air blowing out in both areas. I called my landlord and he contacted McCalls Air Conditioning & Heating. They were here in about an hour to repair the delaminated seal. Their quick response was appreciated. Going forward I would recommend a follow up inspection after a new installation. This would insure there are no problems with the AC or the installation.

We’re having a wedding today and the air conditioning began going out the day before the wedding. The wedding was occurring at the home and due to the rising temperatures in Arizona, We were facing A very uncomfortable Situation. Numerous calls to other air-conditioning companies came up short due to the immediate request. However, Mccall air conditioning and Heating stepped up to the task. David Mccall, the owner, personally assisted us by arriving on a Saturday morning at 7 AM at which time he remedied the situation quickly diagnosing an electrical issue. Thanks to , David.’s Outstanding customer service the wedding will go on and the temperatures will be cool. I highly recommend this air conditioning and heating service as they go above and beyond to accommodate their customers.Nancy Martin
