We had an issue with one of our AC units and had been with another company. They were not able to get out to our house and assess in a reasonable time. I called Mcalls AC and they were quick to get out, assess, and provided a very reasonable estimate. I ended up discontinuing our previous service and quickly signed up with Mcalls! Great communication and service at a great price!

Service was prompt. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. AC was back up and working within an hour.

Great experience using McCall’s AC. I called after 5pm and they were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Our Tech, Alex, was great. He was very courteous & efficient, & fortunately, the issue was an easy fix. I highly recommend McCall’s.

McCall’s was easy to schedule with, they showed up on time, David was able to access the problem quickly and get it resolved. Never tried to up sale or push for unnecessary repairs. It was a much better experience then with other AC companies we have had come out.

Highly recommend! Our HVAC technician came out today for routine AC maintenance and was fantastic. He was on time, professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure the unit was running efficiently and left everything clean when he was done. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, and this was truly a great experience from start to finish. I called first thing this morning to see if McCalls had anything available today. One of my units at my veterinary hospital wasn't running, and I needed it fixed ASAP. The AI scheduler is a bit awkward, but the scheduler called back and said someone would be out between 9 and 10. David, the owner, arrived right on time, diagnosed one of the fans as the issue and got it squared away all before 10:30am! I know it is not always that easy, but I was glad for the quick service. As a fellow small business owner/operator, I always try to support other small businesses. I truly appreciate the company owner coming out to help. Thank you for being awesome!
