McCall’s did a complete installation of two 5-ton air-conditioning units at my home. We arrived home from a vacation to find out that our air conditioning was not working. We called McCalls on Monday afternoon and their technician, Gonzalo, came out and diagnosed the problems and together we agreed that replacement of our 26 year-old AC units was the best course of action. McCalls was able to fit us in for installation of the new AC units just over a day later on Wednesday, and in the meantime, supplied us with two portable room AC units. Alex, Gonzalo and Jacob completed the installation on Wednesday and by that evening, the house was cooled down to 78°. The installation included new, smart thermostats, and Alex assisted us in setting them up and explaining the operation clearly. In my opinion, the price was very reasonable, and McCall’s will help us by submitting information to SRP so that we receive a rebate. Throughout the process, McCall’s personnel were responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Earlier this spring, Alex from McCall’s diagnosed a problem with the wiring for one of our AC units and quickly fixed it for the price of a service call while explain explaining everything thoroughly to me. I would not hesitate to recommend McCall’s for any AC maintenance, repair or installation.
