I highly recommend this company. First, ChatGPT recommended this company among thousands of AC companies in Arizona, so they must be doing something right. Our 18 year old Trane AC was acting up and needed repair / replacement. We had 3 companies come out since we thought they will probably recommend a new unit instead of trying to repair the old unit, so we wanted to get a quote. Out of 3 all 3 AC companies, McCall's was the only one who did not try to pressure us to buy a new unit, and recommended repairs first. They also stated that if their recommendation did not fix the issue we had, they would apply what we paid towards a new unit. I did get pricing for their new unit - cheaper by 5-7 k compared to other AC companies. The fix they recommended, unfortunately, did not address the issue, and they honored our original agreement and applied what I paid for the fix towards the new unit, and the installation went smoothly. They also offered no interest payment plan, which was important to us. We did have a small problem with the sound the new AC unit made, and they came out again and tried to fix it. To this day I still don't know if we got a faulty unit, or if we are just not used to the new AC sound (going from single stage "on" and "off" unit to a variable speed "ramping up" and "ramping down" unit), but owner of McCall's and his son never once made it seem like it was our fault, or we were crazy (which I appreciated very much), and offered to replace the noise part, or swap out the unit for a single stage AC. Anyway, even for a "high maintenance" customer like us, they were courteous, professional, fair, and communicative since the moment we first met them, and we are more than happy with how the project turned out. I manage 6 medical offices in Arizona, and I do plan on using their services for all our commercial ACs because of the way we were treated the first time. Great job McCall's AC!
