I recently completed a full AC system overhaul with McCalls Air Conditioning and Heating, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The installation of our new AC system was handled with clear expertise. The team worked efficiently, the system has been running beautifully since, and they even made an adjustment to improve airflow without hesitation. Although there was a small hiccup related to the electrical installation—partly due to my somewhat unusual setup—they worked around it eventually, and the overall quality of their work remained outstanding.

I’m very happy I chose McCalls for such a major project. Realistically, any large installation can come with minor issues, but I’m confident that if anything arises in the future, they’ll handle it promptly and with the same diligence they’ve shown so far. Highly recommended.

I originally thought their pricing was high, compared to my last purchase in 2020 for another home, but after receiving multiple quotes from other vendors, found them to be the most competitively priced.
