It was our lucky day! One of our AC units started blowing hot air (on a 118° day) and the temperatures were rising inside. Our usual company couldn’t come out for over 24 hours and we were started to panic. While getting ready to leave the house to find some AC, we saw a McCall’s Air Conditioning and Heating truck parked out front of our neighbors. Out of desperation, I called out to Dave, introduced myself and shared that our AC wasn’t working either. I asked if he had any recommendations (circuit breaker, etc.) while we waited for our appointment the next day. He immediately offered to come over and check it out! He found the issue, resolved the issue, and had us back up and running in under 10 minutes! We were so relieved. He was very generous to spend his time helping us after his long day and we are just so extremely thankful for his kindness. Thank you again, Dave! We know who to call moving forward!

As a Real Estate Professional, I work with people in all of the trades. When it comes to HVAC, McCall's has been caring for me and my clients for a number of years. Today, the Team, including David and Alex (Father & Son Owners) and a few others showed up to replace my original equipment systems with two Bosch systems. Did I mention, that we set record high temps today at 117*? These guys started at 6:00am and were done and gone at 3:40pm and never once complained about the heat in the attic which I am SURE broke 140*.
These units are absolute top of the line - because I have no intention of EVER having to replace them again - and their price was no more than some of these bill board companies you see on the TV or freeway as they are not spending tens of thousands of dollars on marketing.
McCall's is my go to and I would encourage you to trust them as well.

What a wonderful business. I called with an AC UNIT not working on July 5that 4 pm and they were at our home by 7 pm. Until repaired by 8pm. The cost was extremely reasonable and no overtime charges

Can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Our AC went out on 6/30 Monday night. I texted the owner, David, and he said to call the office right away at 7 am, and they would get to me when they could. The lady in the office called me at 6:30 am and said someone would be on their way ASAP. It’s at least an hour drive for Gonzalo, the technician to drive. He was here before 8:15, and had the AC working in about 90 minutes. I wasn’t home but my wife raved about how polite Gonzalo was. He walked into the rocks once, like two steps, and then retreated. He smoothed out the rocks where he stepped and proceeded to use the sidewalk. That’s being courteous. Big thank you to Dave for getting on this first thing in the morning, and also to Gonzalo for his politeness and fixing it quickly.

This was my first experience with this company. They were prompt, sent me a text 30 minutes prior to arriving and the technician was very professional and courteous. Alex, David, and their team installed two new AC units at our home. They also inspected the old units we had. Communication was excellent. They were very thorough in their report and found issues another company did not. The day of the new unit installation, they were very efficient and kept us informed throughout the day of what was going on. We had bulk trash leftover from the home's previous owners, which they were kind enough to dispose of for us. Very patient and helpful in explaining the new AC thermostat. Could not recommend them enough.
