McCall’s is by far the best Air Conditioning and Heating company in the valley! I was referred to them by my mom who runs a real estate company and uses them for her business affairs. They are extremely dependable and come out the same day! You can tell when you speak to them on the phone their professionalism and care for their clients is genuine. They do what they do cause they love it and love helping others. They are family owned and they treat you as if your family. A special thank you to Alex for going above and beyond and helping us troubleshoot our ac thermostat during after hours. That shows true commitment to providing excellent service. In addition, thank you to Gonzalez who has come to our house a few times and always provided the best service was very knowledgeable and professional. I will only use McCall’s due to how flawless they make their service calls and how much they make you feel cared about! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your #1 service!

I recently completed a full AC system overhaul with McCalls Air Conditioning and Heating, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. During the initial comparison phase with several other companies, McCalls quickly rose to the top—not only because they met the target numbers I was aiming for, but because the entire process felt straightforward and professional. Even early on, I had a strong sense they would be the right choice, largely thanks to Alex, who was consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely accommodating throughout the decision-making process.
The installation of our new AC system was handled with clear expertise. The team worked efficiently, the system has been running beautifully since, and they even made an adjustment to improve airflow without hesitation. Although there was a small hiccup related to the electrical installation—partly due to my somewhat unusual setup—they worked around it eventually, and the overall quality of their work remained outstanding.
I’m very happy I chose McCalls for such a major project. Realistically, any large installation can come with minor issues, but I’m confident that if anything arises in the future, they’ll handle it promptly and with the same diligence they’ve shown so far. Highly recommended.

I originally thought their pricing was high, compared to my last purchase in 2020 for another home, but after receiving multiple quotes from other vendors, found them to be the most competitively priced. 3 years ago McCall’s did a complete install - new AC, cooler, thermostat. Fair price, great quality - zero issues in 3 years. Last year we skipped annual service/checkup because of Covid. But David came out this year and said everything is working great. We are so happy with this company knowing we have a reliable product, & that their excellent customer service & response time is just a phone call away. AC went out on a Sunday. Fortunately wasn't too hot so could wait until Monday, but was still able to call in Sunday, get someone, and schedule for Monday. Received a confirming text on Sunday and they showed up earlier than were scheduled (a good thing) and promptly fixed the problem. As someone who has used McCall's over the last 8 years, I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC servicing.

McCalls Air Conditioning is absolutely amazing! The blower fan went out at my med spa on Saturday. They diagnose the problem then and came back first thing Monday morning to repair it. I was so happy that they could accommodate me first thing in the morning that way we didn’t have to cancel appointments for the day. Thanks so much McCalls!

McCall is 5 star all the way. Our air-conditioning went out(in Arizona) I was told someone would come out between 3pm to 5pm, to take a look at what the problem was, they arrived before 3 pm, that never happens! The problem was figured out . I was told they would get the part and replace it between 11am to 1pm the following day. They arrived at 9 am. The young man that came out to install the new part was so polite and efficient! He was done and the air-conditioning was back on in less than 2 hours. Thank you McCalls, you were prompt, polite and efficient and most of all HONEST, we had another air conditioning ompany out earlier the previous day looking at it and we were told we needed a whole new unit on our 7 year old unit!!! We called McCalls for a second opinion!! So glad we did! They are #1

McCall’s technicians arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the system and patiently explain everything and answer all my questions.
To my surprise and relief, they were able to get my existing unit up and running-no replacement needed!

Timing was perfect, both the young men who showed up very polite and professional, and they left everything in great condition and clean. Our tune-up took about 25 minutes and we signed up for the maintenance program so that we stay on schedule for service instead of me trying to remember and it only happening every couple of years.

My ac stopped working in the middle of the night. Then it started working again and then stopped again. Somebody recommended McCall to me. I called them and they came out the same day. Paul and Jacob (still learning) took care of the problem. It was the capacitor and Paul explained to me what it does. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. I never dealt with an ac unit as a home owner so I'd say, the price i paid was fair.
