I continue to have great experiences with McCall's. It is owner operated and David goes to great lengths to do things well. Very responsive. 10/10 would recommend without reservation. Grateful to have such excellent expert service.
Today (9/11/25) I called at 9:00am and spoke to Lizzy (she was awesome). Alex has come out done the diagnostic and the repair by noon! Always 10 out of 10 service! If you live in the desert it is nice to know an honest, prompt, smart, and kind AC expert.

McCall’s technicians arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the system and patiently explain everything and answer all my questions.
To my surprise and relief, they were able to get my existing unit up and running-no replacement needed!

Timing was perfect, both the young men who showed up very polite and professional, and they left everything in great condition and clean. My ac stopped working in the middle of the night. Then it started working again and then stopped again. Somebody recommended McCall to me. I called them and they came out the same day. Paul and Jacob (still learning) took care of the problem. It was the capacitor and Paul explained to me what it does. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. I never dealt with an ac unit as a home owner so I'd say, the price i paid was fair.

Saved our weekend! We came home on Saturday afternoon to an air conditioner blowing hot air. We frantically called the AC company that had previously serviced the unit through our HOA and they told us they wouldn’t be able to make it out until Monday. We tried all the big names and were told the same. It was a 118degree day and we have two dogs, one of which is a senior. We couldn’t make it until Monday with no AC. Luckily we called McCall’s and they were able to come out that day and got our unit up and running in no time. Not only that, but they didn’t try to upsell us, just an honest assessment of what repair was needed at an extremely reasonable price. We will be using them for all of our AC needs moving forward! Highly recommend!

It was our lucky day! One of our AC units started blowing hot air (on a 118° day) and the temperatures were rising inside. Our usual company couldn’t come out for over 24 hours and we were started to panic. While getting ready to leave the house to find some AC, we saw a McCall’s Air Conditioning and Heating truck parked out front of our neighbors. Out of desperation, I called out to Dave, introduced myself and shared that our AC wasn’t working either. I asked if he had any recommendations (circuit breaker, etc.) while we waited for our appointment the next day. He immediately offered to come over and check it out! He found the issue, resolved the issue, and had us back up and running in under 10 minutes! We were so relieved. He was very generous to spend his time helping us after his long day and we are just so extremely thankful for his kindness. Thank you again, Dave! We know who to call moving forward!

As a Real Estate Professional, I work with people in all of the trades. When it comes to HVAC, McCall's has been caring for me and my clients for a number of years. Today, the Team, including David and Alex (Father & Son Owners) and a few others showed up to replace my original equipment systems with two Bosch systems. Did I mention, that we set record high temps today at 117*? These guys started at 6:00am and were done and gone at 3:40pm and never once complained about the heat in the attic which I am SURE broke 140*.
These units are absolute top of the line - because I have no intention of EVER having to replace them again - and their price was no more than some of these bill board companies you see on the TV or freeway as they are not spending tens of thousands of dollars on marketing.
McCall's is my go to and I would encourage you to trust them as well.
