David employs an outstanding technician named Jacob Ortiz that handled my call. This young man is thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable in his profession. My motor and circuit board were replaced and after persistent hard work and communication with me to be home I now have my AC working well. NEVER was I sold a new unit or ANYTHING I didn’t need. That says a lot. I can’t say I trust many people, but the ones I do like David and the wonderful staff he employs means a lot.
