“I had the pleasure of meeting David McCall through the BNI chapter Profit builders many years ago. Once I met him I understood he is an amazing human being with very high standards. Standards in how he lives his life, how he works with integrity, and how he loves everyone in his beautiful life. I’ve had him out to my house before and he goes out of his way to be of superior service. I had the pleasure of needing to call on him once again on Wednesday. Turns out my motor for the AC unit was dead and my unit wasn’t working.
David employs an outstanding technician named Jacob Ortiz that handled my call. This young man is thorough, respectful, and knowledgeable in his profession. My motor and circuit board were replaced and after persistent hard work and communication with me to be home I now have my AC working well. NEVER was I sold a new unit or ANYTHING I didn’t need. That says a lot. I can’t say I trust many people, but the ones I do like David and the wonderful staff he employs means a lot.
