EXCELLENT customer service on the phone making the initial appointment, fast appointment date for estimate on new A/C unit, then excellence customer service from David at our home, very patient and examined in detail our unit in the attic and back yard, configured how to get old unit out and new unit in, then explained in detail what we had, options of what his company offers, then Alex emailed detailed information/estimates about the different units recommended for our home in an email within 30 minutes after he left our house. Outstanding customer service from McCall’s Air Conditioning and Heating Company. If there were more than 5 stars, they surely deserve it, customer service is amazing !!!

McCall is 5 star all the way. Our air-conditioning went out(in Arizona) I was told someone would come out between 3pm to 5pm, to take a look at what the problem was, they arrived before 3 pm, that never happens! The problem was figured out . I was told they would get the part and replace it between 11am to 1pm the following day. They arrived at 9 am. The young man that came out to install the new part was so polite and efficient! He was done and the air-conditioning was back on in less than 2 hours. Thank you McCalls, you were prompt, polite and efficient and most of all HONEST, we had another air conditioning ompany out earlier the previous day looking at it and we were told we needed a whole new unit on our 7 year old unit!!! We called McCalls for a second opinion!! So glad we did! They are #1

Paul and Jacob (still learning) took care of the problem. It was the capacitor and Paul explained to me what it does. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. Saved our weekend! We came home on Saturday afternoon to an air conditioner blowing hot air. We frantically called the AC company that had previously serviced the unit through our HOA and they told us they wouldn’t be able to make it out until Monday. We tried all the big names and were told the same. It was a 118degree day and we have two dogs, one of which is a senior. We couldn’t make it until Monday with no AC. Luckily we called McCall’s and they were able to come out that day and got our unit up and running in no time. Not only that, but they didn’t try to upsell us, just an honest assessment of what repair was needed at an extremely reasonable price. We will be using them for all of our AC needs moving forward!
